Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 1 - 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- food handler's permit by applicable state and county
- ServSafe training and certificate as required by applicable state and county
- communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prep work including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits along with weighing and measuring designated ingredients
- carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator while maintaining all safety standards
- properly store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures
- clean work areas, equipment and utensils
- distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
- serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service
