Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Must comply with all sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to handle and store food safely
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow instructions and recipes accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years of previous food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measuring and inventory
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Prepares food such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards
- Stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control
- Serves customers efficiently and friendly following steps of service
- Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisor
- Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control
- Maintains sanitation and safety requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
