Job Requirements
- Must have experience in the food service industry
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 70 pounds
- must be able to work in extreme temperature environments
- ability to follow personal hygiene and safe work procedures
- must perform work without more than normal supervision
- no substitution of education for experience for this position
- must meet all qualification requirements by the closing date

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food items in the dining facility
- operate kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- lift and move supplies and equipment up to 70 pounds
- comply with personal hygiene and safety regulations such as wearing hairnets and clean uniforms
- work under varying temperature conditions including heat from cooking equipment and cold from walk-in refrigerators
- perform tasks with minimal supervision
