Job Requirements
- high school diploma ged certification or equivalent
- experience in food service and good knowledge of volume food service operation including safety and sanitation preferred
- must meet all state and local government food handling requirements
- must be available to work any hours any shift
- valid driver s license preferred unless required by contract or applicable statute
- minimum age requirement must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- assist lead inmates residents in preparation of volume meals managing supplies and cleaning
- prepare meals and special diets in accordance with approved menus by a registered dietitian
- assist direct the serving of meals according to schedules portions and proper procedures
- conduct inspections for compliance with health and safety standards resolve issues according
- assist in maintaining inventory and in ordering and receiving food and food preparation supplies
