Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum six months of related experience preferred
- Able to read, write and speak in English
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- Able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently to complete job duties safely
- Able to safely operate standard kitchen equipment
- Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department required within 14 days of hire
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up trayline workstation accurately and timely
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes and utensils properly
- Aid in maintaining overall cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area
- Follow food safety protocols strictly
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely
- Work independently when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
