- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum six months related experience preferred
- able to read, write and speak in English
- able to follow written and oral instructions
- able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently
- able to operate kitchen equipment safely
- obtain food handler's certificate within 14 days of hire

Job Duties
- Set up trayline workstation accurately and timely
- clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes and utensils properly
- aid in overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- follow health and safety guidelines strictly
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- assist with waste management and recycling procedures
- perform other duties as needed
