Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum six months related experience preferred
  • able to read, write and speak in English
  • able to follow written and oral instructions
  • able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently
  • able to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • obtain food handler's certificate within 14 days of hire

  • able to operate standard kitchen equipment safely

  • SafeServ Manager's certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up trayline workstation accurately and timely
  • clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes and utensils properly
  • aid in overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
  • follow health and safety guidelines strictly
  • operate kitchen equipment safely
  • assist with waste management and recycling procedures
  • perform other duties as needed
