Job Requirements
- 1+ year of serving and/or front of house experience
- Experience in high volume catering or food service preferred
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work alone and as a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Exceedingly responsible and accountable

Job Duties
- Assist in setting food stations which includes transporting hot and cold food items throughout the service area
- Replenish food items as needed and directed
- Operate and provide service at an interactive station such as build your own smoothie
- Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly using proper serving and clearing techniques
- Ensure tables, chairs, and food service areas are clean and wiped down regularly
- Keep work area clean and coordinate actions with the FOH Supervisor for flawless customer service
- Manage time effectively
- Assist in managing inventory of equipment and with event setup and breakdown
- Report to the FOH Supervisor and perform any tasks assigned to execute a flawless event
- Follow proper food handling sanitation guidelines
- Assist in cleanup and prep of service area for next service time
