- less than 1 year of applicable dishwashing or food service experience
- ability to work weekends and rotating holidays
- capable of standing for long hours
- flexible schedule

- able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Handling, preparing, and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations
- restocking of cafeteria supplies
- maintaining sanitation of work areas, dishes, and equipment
