Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to meet ADA standards
- Willingness to undergo site and department-specific orientation
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical capability to perform cleaning and stocking tasks
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of site personnel general orientation
- Successful completion of department-specific orientation
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards
- Maintain established policies and procedures in food preparation
- Ensure confidential treatment of management and patient communications
- Stock cafeteria with appropriate foods and supplies
- Set up menu boards reflecting current menu
- Operate register and process customer transactions efficiently
- Utilize appropriate infection control and food handling practices
- Follow proper precautions with hazardous materials and waste disposal
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
- Keep dining and workstations clean and fully stocked
- Perform routine and non-routine cleaning duties as directed
