Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age of 16 years
- One year food service experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Maintain professional relationships
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Basic food-handling skills preferred
- Ability to interact honestly and professionally
- Ability to maintain positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service
- Operate a cash register, receive payments of cash and charges from customers or employees, make change and issue receipts
- Operate kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season and knead foodstuffs
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Set up stations with entrees, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and other food products and utensils
- Provide general stocking duties in service areas
- Discard soiled trays and assist with meal setup at bedside
