Job Requirements
- No degree or diploma required
- One to three months related experience or equivalent combination
- Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Ability to use kitchen equipment properly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Familiarity with safe and sanitary food handling techniques
- Ability to prepare hot food items in large volume
- Experience using convection ovens, grills, braises, and fryers
- Skilled in creative food garnishing
- Basic math and computer skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Two years hot food preparation experience
- At least one year cashiering or food handling experience
Job Duties
- Prepares hot and cold foods according to standardized recipes
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Performs general cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments
- Interacts directly with customers addressing their needs and concerns
- Supports catered events and special food orders
- Trains and relieves other positions as assigned
- Performs additional duties as required
