Job Requirements
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds with occasional lifting up to 45 pounds
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- Able to take initiative
- Able to share brand knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed
- Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work rotating schedules including mornings, afternoons, and some holidays
- Can work up to 34 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Completion of at least two years of high school preferred
- Ability to follow oral instructions and perform simple tasks
- Must be able to qualify for a food handlers card
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- Able to take initiative
- Able to share brand knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fast food experience preferred
Job Duties
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and deep-fat fryers
- Accept customer food orders and operate the cash register
- Assemble sandwiches and other food products
- Participate in achieving service and sales goals
- Assist with stock availability and inventory counts
- Resolve customer complaints and inform management of issues
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in work areas
