Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous restaurant or acute care hospital foodservice experience
- Ability to perform entry level tasks in at least three kitchen areas
- Capacity to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or acute care hospital foodservice experience
- Ability to perform and understand entry level tasks of at least three areas within foodservice
- High School diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Perform accurate and appropriate assembly and distribution of food
- Operate food service equipment efficiently
- Set up patient, cafeteria, and physician lounge areas
- Prepare enteral feeding for patients including infants
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
- Receive and store requisitioned food and supplies accurately
- Follow standardized recipes according to HACCP standards
