Job Requirements
- Prior food service experience is required
- Must be able to work full-time or part-time schedules including nights
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift and carry food trays and equipment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations

- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and overnight

Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- Measures and weighs designated ingredients
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations
- Stores food in designated areas following safety and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards for quality and portion control
- Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
- Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, cash control, sanitation, and safety requirements
- Performs other assigned duties
