Job Requirements

  • Prior food service experience is required
  • Must be able to work full-time or part-time schedules including nights
  • Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lift and carry food trays and equipment
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations

  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and overnight

Job Duties

  • Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
  • Measures and weighs designated ingredients
  • Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations
  • Stores food in designated areas following safety and rotation procedures
  • Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
  • Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards for quality and portion control
  • Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
  • Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, cash control, sanitation, and safety requirements
  • Performs other assigned duties
