Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to undergo training
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 9:45 am to 12:45 pm
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food supplies
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepares and serves food according to established recipes and standards
- Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weighs and measures ingredients for food preparation
- Carries food pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations
- Stores food following food safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils efficiently
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
- Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
- Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, company service standards, and inventory procedures
