Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior food service experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to undergo training
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 9:45 am to 12:45 pm
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food supplies
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to work part-time during the specified schedule
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepares and serves food according to established recipes and standards
  • Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
  • Weighs and measures ingredients for food preparation
  • Carries food pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations
  • Stores food following food safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
  • Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils efficiently
  • Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
  • Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
  • Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, company service standards, and inventory procedures
