Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday part-time
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under supervision
- Physical ability to perform kitchen and cleaning duties
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of cleaning methods and skill in cleaning kitchen equipment and facilities
- Ability to use brooms, mops, buckets, etc
- Ability to operate a dishwasher and other related machines
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
Job Duties
- Transport food and supplies to cafeteria and store in proper place
- Wash and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Wash and dry dishes, service trays before serving food
- Collect dishes and service trays after use
- Wash, clean, dry and secure all cafeteria cutlery and crockery
- Wash service counter, kitchen counter, ovens, refrigerators, cooking pans
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs and rearrange them
- Prepare and cook a variety of foods
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and serving area
- Prepare serving area for breakfast and lunch items
- Serve breakfast and lunch items to students in a courteous and respectful manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
- Use all kitchen equipment with care and proper safety precautions
- Maintain a clean, orderly, well-organized kitchen and serving area
- Consistently comply with all Agency policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
