Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability for morning and afternoon shifts including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn traditional sushi making techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including slicing fish cutting vegetables and making sushi rice
- Assist in making sushi rolls nigiri sashimi and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ensuring timely preparation
- Uphold excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction
