Job Requirements

  • Basic computer competency specific to software navigation
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Certified Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire for Illinois facilities
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 6 months of experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver dietary and nutritional needs to patients and staff
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, cafeteria, and dining areas
  • Practice safe food handling processes when receiving, storing, preparing, and serving food
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout food service operations
  • Assist in inventory management and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Support overall dining experience quality and patient satisfaction
