Job Requirements
- Basic computer competency specific to software navigation
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Certified Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire for Illinois facilities
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months of experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver dietary and nutritional needs to patients and staff
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, cafeteria, and dining areas
- Practice safe food handling processes when receiving, storing, preparing, and serving food
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout food service operations
- Assist in inventory management and reporting
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support overall dining experience quality and patient satisfaction
