Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID 19 or have a certified exemption
- Availability for evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and kitchen setup

- Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures are preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID 19 virus or be exempt from the requirement by signing a statement certifying exemption
Job Duties
- Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Perform floor stock procedures
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned
