Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Qualified NYS driver’s license
- Ability to complete basic math skills, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assists food services supervisor in preparing food, cooking, heating, mixing, slicing, etc. to ensure food is properly prepared and available for participants and staff
- Assists in the preparation and set up for Meals on Wheels ensuring that quality and quantity guidelines are followed
- Complete kitchen clean up tasks and prepare food for storage following appropriate food handling procedures
- Assists in completing inventories in storeroom and storage area by physically counting materials to ensure all items are accounted for and to ensure sufficient food supply for next day
- Performs other duties as requested by supervisor and/or administration
