Job Requirements
- basic computer competency specific to software navigation
- must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- obtain Certified Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire for Illinois facilities
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- six months of experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties
- provide a high quality dining experience by delivering dietary and nutritional needs
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, cafeteria, dining room, and assigned work area
- practice safe food handling processes while receiving, storing, preparing and serving food
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
- collaborate with team members for efficient food service operations
- support customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
