Job Requirements

  • basic computer competency specific to software navigation
  • must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • obtain Certified Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire for Illinois facilities
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • six months of experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • provide a high quality dining experience by delivering dietary and nutritional needs
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, cafeteria, dining room, and assigned work area
  • practice safe food handling processes while receiving, storing, preparing and serving food
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
  • collaborate with team members for efficient food service operations
  • support customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
