Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or kitchen work is preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or must provide valid exemption documentation
- Must be able to work day and evening shifts including weekend and holiday rotations
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

- Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures is preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or be exempt by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired
Job Duties
- Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Perform floor stock procedures
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
