Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have a qualifying exemption
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Previous experience in food service or hospital food services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Set up all stations and perform positions in the main kitchen
  • Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
  • Perform floor stock procedures
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
  • Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or placement for sale
  • Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
