Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasional lifting up to 45 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to learn new technology and adapt quickly
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous fast-food or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers with eye contact and smile
- Acknowledge every waiting customer promptly at the register
- Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions to offer appropriate products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
- Prepare flavorful, flame-broiled burgers and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
