Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- record of completion for all education, licenses, training, and/or certifications required at time of hire
- able to follow all federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- willingness to work rotating 1st and 2nd shifts
- ability to comply with OSHA regulations
- ability to work in a noisy kitchen environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
- able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- increased security clearance required

Job Duties
- Maintains a courteous, professional relationship with all organizational staff, patients, and families, and guests
- sets up and dismantles assigned workstations including hot food, cold food area, salad bar, and coffee station
- stocks and dismantles condiment areas, replenishes paper and china supplies, fills beverage machines, and brews coffee
- sets up, operates, cleans, and dismantles dish machine
- maintains merchandising in-service areas and replenishes vending machines
- stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, storage, and rotation procedures
- performs continuous cleanup of work areas, equipment, and utensils
