Job Duties
- set up steam table coffee and drink station prior to each meal
- prepare salad fruit and coffee according to quality standards
- serve all meals in a timely fashion
- properly store label and date leftovers
- thoroughly clean and sanitize steam table counters dishes and serving areas
- clean dining room as needed and remove trash promptly
- prepare daily meal components in a timely fashion
- assist with reception and storage of food and non food items
- complete and document all daily cleaning tasks
- perform all other duties as assigned
