- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to lift up to 30 pounds with occasional lifting up to 45 pounds
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register to let them know you will be right with them
- listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions to offer products that meet their specific needs
- ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- prepare flavorful, flame-broiled burgers and other menu items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
