Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to work scheduled shifts including every other weekend and rotating holidays
- capability to maintain sanitation standards
- flexibility to work 20 hours per week
- ability to stand for extended periods
- adherence to HACCP protocols

Job Duties
- sanitize dishes, utensils, and work area following HACCP guidelines
- perform routine food service tasks in kitchen, cafeteria, catering, dining room, dish room, and patient areas
- maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- support a safe working environment
- participate in rotational weekend and holiday shifts
- ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
- collaborate with food service team members to deliver best care best experience
