Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent or food prep experience
- Food preparation vocational training preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers
- Ability to read and write simple sentences
- Ability to carry out verbal instructions
- Requires full range of body motion
- Requires prolonged standing
- Frequent bending, stooping, stretching and manual dexterity
- Eye-hand coordination
- Ability to push carts on carpeting and ride on elevators
- May require lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with others in a stressful work environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients for cold dishes and beverages
- Make toast, prepare short order foods on grill and fried foods
- Assemble food for patients and serve employees, visitors, and students
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and serving areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
