Job Duties
- interpret banquet event orders accurately
- monitor banquet event orders and outlook calendar for daily events and changes
- assist in room set-ups and configurations for catering events
- ensure proper handling of food and beverage
- collaborate with executive chefs and kitchen staff
- ensure accuracy and efficiency in set-up and delivery of catering orders and events
- provide exceptional customer service to internal guests
