Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or related field preferred
- ability to follow written instructions
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
- ability to work day shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have approved exemption
- strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide support for the main kitchen including setting up all stations
- perform positions and break down stations completely ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- perform floor stock procedures
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces
- ensure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated
- use proper utensils for accurate portions
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
