Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or related field preferred
  • ability to follow written instructions
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
  • ability to work day shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have approved exemption
  • strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide support for the main kitchen including setting up all stations
  • perform positions and break down stations completely ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • perform floor stock procedures
  • clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces
  • ensure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated
  • use proper utensils for accurate portions
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
