Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- weighs and measures designated ingredients
- carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards
- stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
- cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control
- serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- resolves customer concerns and communicates them to supervisor
- ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- assures adherence to sanitation and safety requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
