Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
  • availability for full-time or part-time schedules including weekends
  • ability to follow safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
  • weighs and measures designated ingredients
  • carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards
  • stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
  • cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
  • utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control
  • serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • resolves customer concerns and communicates them to supervisor
  • ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
  • assures adherence to sanitation and safety requirements
  • performs other duties as assigned
