Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service role preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID 19 or provide exemption
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or provide an exemption statement

Job Duties

  • Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions
  • Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
  • Perform floor stock procedures
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
  • Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
  • Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
