Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service role preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID 19 or provide exemption
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or provide an exemption statement
Job Duties
- Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Perform floor stock procedures
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
