Job Duties

  • Prepare food and beverages according to prescribed modified diets

  • assist patients with meal selections and dietary needs
  • thicken liquids as required for patient diets
  • check trays to ensure accuracy before delivery
  • follow safety and sanitation standards in all food service activities
