Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate in English except for pot-washer position
- ability to read menu items in English except for pot-washer position
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to push food trucks and carts
- ability to stand frequently walk frequently and lift or carry items occasionally up to 35 pounds with an assisted device
- adherence to all HACCP standards
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- willingness to attend trainings and department meetings

- knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- experience in food service or similar environment preferred

Job Duties
- Attend department meetings monthly in-services and training classes
- anticipate and meet customer needs taking appropriate steps to rectify issues
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and sanitation of equipment
- demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude
- adhere to all HACCP standards
- alert supervisor to any concerns discrepancies or product shortages
- support and uphold department goals to maintain or improve operations and customer satisfaction
- work in various cafeteria and kitchen positions setting up and stocking food stations for meal service
- assemble meals and serve food and beverages to retail customers
- clean stations equipment and floors at the end of each meal
- operate dish machines trash compactors and mop floors as required
- prepare additional food items for cafeteria operations
- regularly work on sanitation projects assigned by the manager
- assist with training of new employees and cross-training of fellow employees
