Job Requirements

  • Previous food service experience is required
  • Ability to work part-time hours including afternoons and evenings
  • Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Willingness to wear safety shoes and uniform shirts provided by the company
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying food trays

Job Duties

  • Prepare fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
  • Transport food trays, pans, and kettles in accordance with safety standards
  • Store food properly following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
  • Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
  • Serve customers efficiently and address customer concerns promptly
