Job Duties
- prepare, garnish, and present ordered items following all recipes and portion control
- maintain proper and adequate setup of the kitchen station daily
- requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
- handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- set up, maintain, clean, and break down machinery and equipment
- maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality
- complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
- take responsibility for the quality of products served
- perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- other duties as assigned
