Job Requirements

  • minimum high school education or equivalent
  • prior experience in a food service role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • attention to detail
  • reliable and punctual
  • good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to follow recipes and portion control
  • good communication skills
  • capable of handling physical tasks required in food preparation
  • bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare, garnish, and present ordered items following all recipes and portion control
  • maintain proper and adequate setup of the kitchen station daily
  • requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
  • handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • set up, maintain, clean, and break down machinery and equipment
  • maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
  • take responsibility for the quality of products served
  • perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
  • other duties as assigned
