Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- strong customer service and communication skills
- physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- assemble and deliver patient meal trays according to prescribed diets
- prepare and portion food items following standardized recipes and safety protocols
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, and utensils
- stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- assist in dishwashing and waste disposal processes
- follow infection control procedures and food safety regulations
- interact courteously with patients, staff, and visitors
- document food temperatures and cleaning logs as required
- support special dietary needs and requests under supervision of dietary staff
