Job Requirements
- Prior food handlers certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry heavy food pans and equipment
- Must comply with sanitation and safety requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepares food by washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves and refrigerators following safety standards
- Stores food in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
- Serves customers efficiently and in a friendly manner following outlined steps of service
