Job Requirements
- Ability to work a part-time schedule Monday through Friday with flexible hours
- availability to work every other weekend and holidays
- previous cashier and food service experience preferred
- able to perform physical prep tasks including lifting and carrying
- capable of adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
- must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier and food service experience preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- basic math skills for measuring and portion control
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Prepares and presents food according to approved recipes and quality standards
- performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- weighs and measures designated ingredients
- carries pans, kettles, and trays of food following safety standards
- stores food using wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- resolves customer concerns and communicates with the supervisor
- ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
- maintains inventory and cash control procedures
