Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to stand and be on feet for much of the scheduled shift
- capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods according to the planned menu, recipes, and work instructions in a timely manner
- clean workstation and maintain a neat and food safe environment
- perform trash removal, sweeping, and mopping duties within the facility
- serve food during planned meal schedules following department policies and procedures
- utilize kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and serve food according to recipes and nutritional needs
- abide by all food safety regulations related to sanitation, food handling, and storage
- maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, cooking equipment, and serving areas
- function effectively in a fast-paced environment and carry out routine kitchen tasks
- keep kitchen floors clean from food and trash
- perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- perform other related duties as assigned
