Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least three years of relevant food service or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and service
- Compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in food service, food preparation, or pizza work preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to serve customers and coordinate with team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying heavy pans and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed
- Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
- Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
- Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
- Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
- Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor
- Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
- Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
