Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least three years of relevant food service or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • Ability to perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and service
  • Compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to undergo background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in food service, food preparation, or pizza work preferred
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills to serve customers and coordinate with team members
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying heavy pans and standing for extended periods
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed
  • Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
  • Weighs and measures designated ingredients
  • Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
  • Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
  • Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils
  • Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
  • Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
  • Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
  • Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor
  • Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
  • Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
