Job Requirements
- Prior cooking experience
- Ability to work a part-time schedule Monday through Friday with variable hours including some nights
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying pans and cleaning work areas
- Willingness to adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
Job Qualifications
- Prior cooking experience
- Ability to follow approved food recipes and production standards
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to comply with inventory and cash control procedures
Job Duties
- Prepares food items including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries food pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stoves, and refrigerators
- Stores food according to wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation standards
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
- Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner following service protocols
