Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, and walking
- Willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Dependable and flexible availability
- Prior experience in food service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods according to the planned menu, recipes, and work instructions in a timely manner
- Clean as you go to maintain a neat and food-safe workstation, including pulling trash, sweeping, and mopping
- Serve food during planned meal schedules following department policies and procedures
- Utilize kitchen utensils and equipment to cook, prepare and serve food according to recipes
- Abide by all food safety regulations pertaining to sanitation, food handling and storage
- Maintain a clean work environment including cleaning refrigerators, freezers, cooking, and serving equipment
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Perform other related duties as assigned
