Job Duties
- Independently prepare food and beverages according to modified diets and special procedures
- Assist patients with meal selections and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Thicken food items as required for patient safety
- Check food trays to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas including dishwashing
- Store food properly in dry and refrigerated storage areas
- Follow safety and sanitation standards consistently
