Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Independently prepare food and beverages according to modified diets and special procedures
  • Assist patients with meal selections and ensure dietary requirements are met
  • Thicken food items as required for patient safety
  • Check food trays to confirm accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas including dishwashing
  • Store food properly in dry and refrigerated storage areas
  • Follow safety and sanitation standards consistently
