Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- weighs and measures designated ingredients
- transports pans, kettles, and trays of food safely between workstations and storage areas
- stores food following wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures
- cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure food quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control
- serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner following service steps
- resolves customer concerns and communicates relevant information to supervisor
- ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- follows sanitation and safety requirements
- performs additional duties as assigned
