- High school diploma or GED equivalent or food prep experience
- food preparation vocational training preferred
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers
- ability to read and write simple sentences
- ability to carry out verbal instructions
- ability to work with others in a stressful work environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients for cold dishes and beverages
- make toast, prepare short order foods on grill and fried foods
- assemble food for patients and deliver tray to bed side
- serve employees, visitors, and students
- maintain cleanliness of work area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory and stock supplies
