Job Requirements

- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with Act 34 clearance
- Ability to follow HACCP food safety guidelines
- Physical capability to stand and lift as required

- Basic cash handling skills
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or healthcare dietary preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash register operation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- Set up patient tray line prior to meal times
- Portion patient food items and condiments according to meal selection
- Clean and sanitize assigned work areas including tray delivery carts and refrigerators
- Prepare and deliver individual nourishments and unit bulk par stocks
- Operate cash register and perform daily reading and drawer count
- Assist in training new employees
- Follow HACCP guidelines for handling all food
- Sweep and mop floors following established procedures
