Job Requirements

  • One year of previous food service experience
  • Ability to perform essential food preparation and serving tasks
  • Capable of working on call schedules with varying days and hours
  • Ability to meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Must be able to lift pans, kettles, and trays
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
  • Willingness to comply with inventory and cash control procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of previous food service experience
  • Ability to understand and follow food safety standards
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible on call schedules
  • Basic math skills for measuring and portion control
  • Ability to lift and carry food items safely

Job Duties

  • Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
  • Weighs and measures ingredients
  • Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food safely
  • Stores food following safety and rotation procedures
  • Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Distributes supplies and utensils
  • Utilizes approved recipes and production standards
  • Serves customers efficiently and friendly
  • Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisor
  • Ensures compliance with company service, inventory, and cash control standards
  • Maintains sanitation and safety requirements
  • Performs other assigned duties
