Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assemble and deliver patient meal trays according to prescribed diets
- Prepare and portion food items following standardized recipes and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Assist in dishwashing and waste disposal processes
- Follow infection control procedures and food safety regulations
- Interact courteously with patients, staff, and visitors
- Document food temperatures and cleaning logs as required
- Support special dietary needs and requests under supervision of dietary staff
